Historical records, Trump became the first US president to set foot in North Korea

US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un shake hands in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) that separates North Korea and South Korea.
Not only that, Kim and Trump stepped along across the DMZ and set foot in North Korea
That made Trump the first US president to set foot in North Korea.
Speaking to reporters at the DMZ, Trump said the moment was "truly historic" and he "proudly stepped over the line" between the two Koreas.
Kim Jong-un, on this rare occasion, said the meeting at the DMZ was a symbol of a "very good" relationship between him and Trump.
Nevertheless, a number of critics say this meeting is only a political show.
On the other hand, others view the meeting as the beginning of future negotiations and a step forward in denuclearization talks on the Korean Peninsula.
